We stock all standard sizes including 48x40 (most common), 48x48, 42x42, 48x36, and 40x40. Custom sizes can be manufactured to order with a minimum quantity. Lead time for custom sizes is typically 1-2 weeks.
What's the difference between pallet grades?
Grade A pallets are premium condition with minimal wear, perfect for retail display. Grade B pallets show moderate use but are structurally sound, ideal for warehousing. Grade C pallets are economy options with visible wear, suitable for one-time shipping or recycling.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver throughout Los Angeles County. Delivery fees vary by distance and order size. Local Long Beach deliveries start at $75. Same-day delivery available for an additional fee. Free pickup at our facility is always an option.
Buying Pallets
What's your minimum order?
Minimum order varies by grade: Grade A - 25 units, Grade B - 50 units, Grade C - 100 units. Smaller quantities may be available for pickup only. Contact us for current inventory and special requests.
Can I inspect pallets before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our facility and inspect inventory. We're open Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM and Saturday 8AM-2PM. No appointment necessary, but calling ahead ensures someone is available to assist you.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, significant discounts available for large orders. 100-500 units: 10% off, 500-1000 units: 15% off, 1000+ units: 20% off. Truckload pricing available for orders of 500+ pallets. Standing orders qualify for additional discounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, all major credit cards, ACH transfer, and purchase orders for approved accounts. Net 30 terms available for established customers with credit approval. 2% discount for early payment on net 30 accounts.
Selling Pallets
How much will you pay for my used pallets?
Prices depend on condition and quantity. Grade A: $8-12 each, Grade B: $4-7 each, Grade C: $1-3 each. We pay more for larger quantities and standard sizes. Immediate payment available. Free pickup for orders of 100+ pallets.
What condition do pallets need to be in?
We buy pallets in all conditions! Even broken pallets have value for parts and recycling. Clean pallets command higher prices. We'll evaluate your inventory and make a fair offer on the spot.
How fast can you pick up pallets?
Usually within 24-48 hours for Long Beach area. Same-day pickup available for urgent needs or large quantities. We can also set up recurring pickup schedules to keep your facility clear of excess pallets.
Repair Services
What types of repairs do you perform?
Board replacement, stringer repair, block replacement, and complete rebuilds. Minor repairs like single board replacement start at $3-5. Major structural repairs run $8-12 per pallet. On-site repair services available.
Is repair cheaper than buying new?
Usually yes, especially for Grade A pallets. Repairing a damaged Grade A pallet costs $8-12 vs buying new at $18-25. Repairs extend pallet life by years. We'll evaluate whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your situation.
How long do repairs take?
Standard depot repairs: 2-3 business days. Rush service available for additional fee. On-site repairs completed same day. Large volume repairs may take 5-7 days depending on parts availability.
Recycling & Disposal
What happens to pallets you recycle?
Salvageable pallets are repaired and resold. Non-repairable pallets are broken down for parts. Remaining wood is ground for mulch, animal bedding, or biomass fuel. We divert 95% of materials from landfills, fully EPA compliant.
Do you charge for pallet disposal?
No! We pay for pallets in any condition. Even pallets with no resale value have worth as recycled materials. We'll evaluate your inventory and make an offer. At minimum, we provide free removal for large quantities.
Are your recycling practices environmentally compliant?
Yes, fully licensed and EPA compliant. Regular inspections ensure adherence to California environmental regulations. We provide disposal documentation for your sustainability reporting. Zero-waste-to-landfill certification available.
Heat Treatment & Export
What is ISPM 15 certification?
ISPM 15 is an international standard for wood packaging used in international trade. Heat treatment kills pests and pathogens. Required for exports to most countries. We provide certified heat treatment and proper documentation.
How much does heat treatment cost?
Add $5-8 per pallet for ISPM 15 heat treatment. Volume discounts available. Includes official certification stamp and documentation. Turnaround time is 2-3 business days. Rush service available.
Can you help with export documentation?
